I booked a flight with Goldtrail last year who went bust. The Online Travel Agent I booked through have been great. They had to go through via a lot of emails to the Travel Group to ask why you have not received the funds back into your account as yet and also ask why it has taken so long. Obviously if we had known sooner by email or telephone they would have been able to chase this up sooner for us. As they hadn’t heard from you they can only assume that we had had our refund. It took a while but we finally gor a full refund and have now booked a new holiday for this year.
