When you go to a new country you’re bound to try lots of lovely new foods and sadly trying to find similair once you get home isn’t always easy. Well, unless you take a cookery course whilst on holiday that is. There are several places that can be easily accessed from Costa Blanca hotels and you can choose whether you want to do a one day course which goes over the basics or return several times during the week for a more indepth look at Spanish cuisine. There is even a course in the resort of Ondara dedicated to Spanish vegetarian dishes.
